Cocaine Bear

I'm sorry to report that Cocaine Bear 🐻 is definitely the worst movie Elizabeth Banks has ever directed.

Yes. Even worse than Charlie's Angels.

Please do yourself a favour and don't watch it.

Unfortunately for you I'm too devoted to FilmNotes to send you a short and poorly explained review, so we are going to dive head first in to the mess that this movie is :

"Fucked up" it's the key word here,

F*up situation lead to F*up decisions made by the plethora of characters (in the first part is actually hard to follow) that were able, of course, to F*up the situations even more.

And off we go for 90 minutes of pure, intended and unintended, MESS.

Was hard to care for any of the people involved in this story, because of the amount that was presented to us as the viewers. They each had some scenes to be presented then they all collide in the end.

This didn't help in establishing a clear protagonist and a main POV for the narrative, which in turn made it hard to follow.

A lot of splattery scenes with the bear literally tearing people apart. I have to admit that i enjoyed seeing the badly presented characters perish brutally.🫠

The only characters that actually managed to make me laugh were the kids, they represented 14 years old teenagers manners and leanguage in the right way and seeing them having to manage several pounds of cocaine and an adiccted enraged bear, was kinda fun...😅

Unfortunately they can’t save the movie by themselves so the vote for this messy splatter is pretty low.

I don't really understand the Rotten Tomatoes critic on this one 👇

And technically speaking the movie went well at the box office👇
