Fear The Night

Amazon's latest release lets us down in many ways.

Usual push of the "progressive women" narrative, and vilifying of men...

At this point it's just boring to watch. Even the critic couldn't do anything but negatively judge it.

We can accurately predict the plot from the first 5 minutes and we get exactly what we expect.🙃

Classic horror setup: a house in the middle of nowhere, some weird neighbors and a bachelorette party.

The movie is classified as a thriller/horror and has a Pegi 7🤣 please explain that to me.

Maggie Q is a good actress, unfortunately she's on a downtrend thanks to this garbage and "The Protege". I honestly hope that her agent is able to find her a better role next time. 👍

The other actresses are pretty bad and make for a childish set of characters...

After their first reunion I knew I was in for a feminist treat.🫠

This movie will be forgotten as soon as the next amazon movie will drop. No doubt about that.

And that's probably best for everyone.

How Would I Fix It ?

• Better supporting characters need to be casted and their dialogues need to be rewritten. 📝

• Let's come up with a villain that has an ounce of personality. 😈

• Create a real mistery on why these girls are attacked, not a cheap and stupid reason. 🧐
