No Hard Feelings

Jennifer Lawrence knocks it out of the park with "No Hard Feelings". 🏏

Her ability to adapt to a comedy proves, once again that she's an amazing actress. 🏆

It's a real delight to see her and the young Andrew Barth Feldman interact with a good amount of alchemy and tons of awkwardness from both sides. They were able to make me laugh almost hysterically 🤣. Don't worry, there were laughs coming from every seat in the theater 😅.

That's something I wasn't expecting from a "low budget" comedy like this one.

Low budget meaning 45 million dollar 💰

It's low in Hollywood terms, in every other country this would've been considered an ungodly amount...

90 minutes is the perfect length for this movie, it forces the director to cut as much as he can. In doing so the result is a fast pace succession of fun and serious situations.

Another really good thing is the pain that the actors are able to transmit to the audience during the more heartfelt/painful scenes, that's something that we know Jennifer excels at. Andrew is, somehow, able to deliver an amazing performance. Let's not forget that he's young and "inexperienced" and yet he kept up with the pluridecorated actress. 💪

Simple (maybe too simple) storyline makes this movie easy to follow, as most comedies.

The R rating is a blessing, it helps make it more relatable and fun. 💯

Really famous song, makes for a perfect soundtrack for this movie.

How Would I Fix It ?

• side characters are all kinda dull in comparison to the protagonists... Maybe we could make them a solid and give them more characterizing roles/scripts.📝

• some of the past misfortunes of Jennifer and Andrew would've been more felt if instead of telling them we could have seen them.🙁
